Oooo May…you were a wild one! Each month since the fun mini goal setting course I took, I see my friends @heather_ison + @cheyenneschultz revisiting their wins + celebrations of the month, + each month I think, dang it I forgot to do that again! 😖

There have been moments this May that have sucked my energy + it made me realize how quickly we let tiny negative moments overshadow all the mega amazing ones! And being a negative little Nancy just isn’t for me…So I thought this month would be a great month for me to start at it! 👇🏻🤩

✨ I kicked off the month with a mom/sis trip to Nashville to jumpstart @calliejoyarcher 40th birthday month + saw @trevornoah
✨ watched (+ helped a little!) my husband kick butt at his latest set of workshops
✨officially rebranded our space to the “pink candle bar” complete with all new marketing materials + 24 new built in cabinets
✨spent a magical Mother’s Day weekend in blowing rock with my adorable baby + hubs 💖
✨ moved my niece out of college with my momma so she could live with me for a month!
✨ teamed up with @theroaringsocial for a super fun candle class
✨ spent a weekend in boone with my favorite chios from college acting like it hadn’t been 15 years since we had all been together! 🦉
✨organized + cohosted an AMAZING LKN female entrepreneur group with @yogaondavidson and @wearecraftingood
✨ poured SO many custom candles with our community
✨ celebrated Memorial Day + Callie (again!) at the sweetest garden party!
✨ + of course lots of sweet moments snuggling + playing with my jaxon page 💖 watching him eat 🍉 + swim are some of my fav 🥰🤩😭

Walking through all the wonderfulness that this month brought was such a big reminder that the world sure is filled with so much more positive! So while May had a few headaches along the way…it made me that much more excited about June to think about the wins + wonderfulness that I was leaving May with! Well heyyyyy friends!!!! This week has been full of FUN over at the studio - from public candle classes, to custom candle day dates, to private white label candle creations, + some sweet candle corners!!! Oh + putting together a million cabinets to give our adorable little pink studio a mini makeover!

Every year, I get the itch to freshen things up + this year we added a wholllle lot of storage…bonus it does help baby proof the studio! And Jax loves it!! ✨

I have to tell you guys! When I day dreamed about taking my baby to work with me, I envisioned a very cute version of myself…clean hair, bold lip, fresh faced + dressed in the cutest outfit, with my adorable baby strapped to my chest as we effortlessly created…ya know, that whole Parisian Pinterest vision 🤣

But, if you have been by lately you have probably been greeted by this happy guy, a million baby toys stashed around, goldfish dust on the floor, + that version of myself nowhere to be found! Life is messy + loud + I am absolutely LOVING getting to see this wild little child vibe off of the energy that the pink studio creates!!! So while that day dream I had is nonexistent, I am 💯 ok with it because this real life is a million times sweeter with my little studio helper around! 💖

And this new season of mine at the studio meant that a refresh was in order and y’all…it looks so good! I can’t wait for you to stop by!!! In the meantime, swipe to see what our studio started out looking like when we first opened our doors + our very first candle class in 2017 🤣🙌🏻🫣

Today was a good day…

Raindrops on roses, whiskers on kittens….AND private workshops at the studio…These are a few of my favorite things! 🥰 Seriously, I love getting to have groups of women fill our little pink studio full of laughter, silly selfies, and all-around great times! (Bonus - you can pour as many candles as your heart desires during our classes!)

I am in love with all of the containers these girls chose today, and more than anything, I love getting to hear where these will be placed in their homes, or who they will be gifted to! Our time in the studio is so much more than just pouring candles…it’s connecting on levels that let us all in on a little bit on what is going on with each other. This candle would be perfect for a new kitchen renovation that we are excited about, this one will be the best gift for my thoughtful mother in law…this one just makes me so happy…Its wonderful and full of magic watching people connect and share their lives over candle pouring in our pink studio! ✨

And I wish you could smell each of the delightful and custom, clean smells that they filled each of these with! But since I can’t, you’ll just have to trust me and my super snout that they were AMAZING! 💖

We’ve got you covered! Come join us Today, Friday and Saturday 12-2 pm for some candle pouring fun! Great for all school aged kids, our candle corner is packed with fun containers + smells to mix up for a great time! Bonus - there ✨might✨ be a little math + science thrown in there for some sneaky fun learning 😝 but don’t tell your kids! They will just be having a blast making their very own custom candle!

Our kid candles start at $20 and there is no reservation required! 💖

Yall…I am embarrassed to admit just how long this reel took me 🙄 but I got it in my mind that I had to have this audio to show case some of our fabulous colors that we have in the studio right now with our signature collection of containers! So if you are wondering what I was doing today….🤣

Anywaysss…The studio is jam packed with color and texture right now and it is giving me LIFE! I’m not always the best about sharing all the things on here bc well you know running a biz + having a baby on my hip isn’t always conducive to spending hours making social media posts 🫠 buttttt if you haven’t been in the studio lately…here’s some things you need to know!

This is our signature line of candle collection (and we have about 15 more colors that aren’t shown!) and each of these babies come standard in our candle pouring classes for $40. 🤩

Yep! Our classes start at $40 a person and for that you get our full candle pouring experience!!! So all the sass, fun, good times + an amazing, 💯 custom + clean candle!

We love having our kid community in the studio - the laughter and the scents we make up - it’s a whole VIBE!!! Seriously, it’s becoming one of my favorite things to watch how little minds work and create - it’s so refreshing and FUN!!! 💖
